Spring 2025Graphic DesignPoster Design
HOW IT STARTED

Court Club, the athletic and social club brand I developed, centers around creating immersive experiences that bring community and creativity together. To promote one of our key events, an interactive light show, I wanted to design a poster that captured the club's energetic, modern identity while visually communicating the dynamic nature of the event.

WHAT I MADE

I designed a poster that visually translates movement, interaction, and atmosphere through layered gradients, bold typography, and glowing light elements.

Fall 2024Product Design Handbag Design
HOW IT STARTED

The accessory market faces a clear divide: high-priced sustainable products or cheap, unsustainable fast-fashion options. Additionally, many current designs lack uniqueness, offering repetitive, minimalist styles that fail to meet the needs of young adults. Recognizing this gap, I aimed to create a bag that is stylish, affordable, and sustainable.

WHAT I MADE

I designed a versatile, expandable bag that merges style, functionality, and sustainability. The bag adapts to users' needs by expanding into a larger size, offering flexibility for students and young professionals who require extra space for school or work. Using ethically sourced, sustainable textiles, the bag is crafted to be both eco-friendly and affordable.

Spring 2025Product Design Lamp Design
WHAT I MADE

I designed a sculptural lamp inspired by the natural form of my favorite flower—the orchid. Crafted from metal mesh, metal wire, and paper, the lamp celebrates organic movement and delicate structure. I take great pride in my craftsmanship: the top and bottom edges are meticulously hand-sewn, and the mesh flowers adorning the piece are individually handcrafted. Every detail reflects my hands-on approach and dedication to honoring both material and form.

Product Design Sneaker Design Spring 2025
WHAT I MADE

I designed and handcrafted a versatile sneaker that complements any outfit. While the overall form remains clean and minimal, the use of bold textures and high-contrast materials makes a strong visual statement. This project involved creating my own custom last, drafting original sewing patterns, and executing the full design and construction process by hand.

(Fall 2024)Sculpture3D Cardboard Sculpture
WHAT I MADE
This 3D sculpture is constructed from laser-cut cardboard pieces designed using Adobe Illustrator.

My father was the first in his family to marry outside the Jewish faith. Growing up in an interfaith household, I have experienced firsthand how religion shapes people's values, traditions, and overall way of life. This piece is an abstract representation of how religion structures one's existence. The form loosely resembles a cross, constructed from a spine-like structure that illustrates how religion can serve as a backbone to one's identity and daily experiences. The intricate, spine-like layers of cardboard represent the complexities of religious systems. As the structure extends from top to bottom, the patterns become increasingly obscured by vine-like thorns, particularly at the lower portions. This progression symbolizes how the purity of faith can become entangled and tainted by social influences, partially concealing the intricate patterns beneath. The piece functions as both armature and prosthesis: it's an external structure supported by the body while simultaneously extending the wearer's form. This work invites viewers to reflect on their relationship with faith and culture and how religion might act as both a framework and a challenge in their personal lives.
